The City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture serves in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and City Council on promoting, encouraging and increasing support for the region’s artistic and cultural assets, integrating arts and culture into community life and showcasing San Diego as an international tourist destination.

The Commission’s Policy & Funding Committee meets monthly on the second Friday of the month from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Agendas are made available 72 hours before the meeting’s date. The agenda will include information on physical location, zoom link, agenda items, and other information. If it isn’t, please contact us.

Check the Agenda before going on assignment in case the meeting was canceled/changed!
