The A.S. Judicial Affairs Council (ASJAC) is comprised of the Chief Justice, an appointed seat by the A.S. President and approved by the A.S. Board of Directors, six appointed Justices, the Vice President of Student Affairs Designee, and the A.S. Executive Director.

The ASJAC is responsible for the maintenance, updating and the interpretation of the internal-structural policies, bylaws, charters and/or codes of the organization.
