- 719 49th St East - variance to construct a retaining wall on or within 40 feet of the top of a steep slope in the SH Shoreland Overlay District
- 5412 Bryant Ave S - variance to reduce the minimum required front yard.
Board Member John Finlayson’s service with the Board is coming to an end after over 20 years of serving on the board. The Board adopted a Resolution of Appreciation for him.
