The Finance and Risk Management Committee (FRMC) is a standing committee of the SDCP Board whose purpose, as stated in section 5.10.2 of the SDCP’s JPA Agreement, is to provide input and oversight on matters related to the agency’s funding plan, its fiscal year budgets, financial policies and procedures, risk management policies and procedures, and other responsibilities as may be directed by the Board.

For the 2024 calendar year, the FRMC is expected to meet every third Thursday of the month at 3 pm. (exceptions noted)
