Currently waiting on a quorum of members to begin the meeting. We're a member shy at the moment.
Today is the continuation of Public Art for Neighborhoods Grant application review
The 1st application being reviewed today. Currently we're hearing recorded textual public comment on this application.

3rd applicant of the day. Public comment was read in support of the applicant. Mud Creek Conservancy Rep provides more details through photos. This applicant is eligible for funding.
4th applicant of the day. There are many public comments in support of this project. The food pantry is open on Saturdays, community dinners are Wednesdays, and more opportunities abound Wed-Sat. It's been in operation for nearly 5 years.
Next applicant. Social media and word of mouth will be the main marketing avenues. Audio will be available in Spring 2025. No public comment. The applicant is not eligible for funding.
Applicant Derek Tuder has no public comments or questions from the committee. The project is eligible for funding.
There's a representative for the project in attendance. There is a public comment in support of the project. It'll be located near the entrance of the community center. This center has seen recent upgrades with future plans for a new and improved center. It's at Pride Park.
The community members will come up with ideas and the artists will bring their ideas to life. Norwood is one of the oldest African American communities in the city. After scoring the project is not eligible for funding.
There is no one here to answer questions on the project. No public comments either. This project is eligible funding.
We have a representative in attendance. There was a single supporting comment. No questions from the committee. This application is eligible for funding.
We don't have a representative present. There's a question from the committee on how to maintain the maintenance and damage prevention over time. Will it be a visual problem for drivers. This application is tabled to give a representative time to appear.

We have 1 public comment in support of the project. It will be on display in the Riverside Community Center but is mostly for the Riverside Parade. It would be stored away but accessible by request for years. Heron High students will engage with the project.
Feb/Mar 25 is the timeline for completion and used for the first time at the Riverside Reunion. These events bring out anywhere from 30 to 300 citizens. This application is eligible for funding.
We have an application representative available. No public comments. The event will focus on the long-term welfare of the residents of Indiana Avenue through a panel discussion with a historical lens. IN Historical Society will house the kids' art that the conversation supports.
The children will represent different historically black communities across the city. Word of mouth will be the primary form of marketing the event along with social media and donor lists from supporting orgs. This application is not eligible for funding at this time.
An application representative is present. This application was supported by comments through traditional snail mail which is rather rare in my opinion. No committee questions. This application is eligible for funding.
Clockwork Janz representative never appeared. Scoring will commence. This application is not eligible for funding.
